Shipping & Delivery
Delivery for larger Items:
This section of terms & conditions applies to Fireguards, Stair gates, Car seats, Buggy’s, Pushchairs only: Free delivery applies to UK mainland only this excludes Northern & Southern Ireland, the Channel Isles and all the Islands.
All goods are dispatched within 24 hours of the confirmed paid order- with the exception of Bank Holidays. The courier is Interlink Express.
Goods will be delivered between 9.00 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sundays. Our courier Interlink Express are allowed to leave parcels with your neighbour.
Goods will be delivered to the address registered and provided by PayPal unless we are emailed by you to request for the delivery to be sent elsewhere.
Once the order has been dispatched we cannot change the address. Our courier Interlink Express will attempt delivery to your address twice and if there is no one in to accept the delivery they will return the goods to us, in this instance of a failed delivery you are responsible to pay a failed delivery charge of £18. This charge of £18 covers you for redelivery. If however you wish to cancel your order following a failed delivery you are responsible to pay £12. In the instance of a failed delivery with Royal Mail the parcel will be returned to us. You are responsible for the cost of re delivery. Free Delivery for small items
This section of Terms & Conditions applies to: Footmuffs, Raincovers, Blankets, Muslin Squares, Cot & Cot bed Sheets, Buggy Clips, Changing Bags, Travel Pals.
Free delivery applies to UK mainland only this excludes Southern Ireland, the Channel Isles and all the Islands. Delivery to Southern Ireland is £1 extra per item for these items; please select the international postage tab to pay for your delivery. If the payment is not received for delivery the order will not be shipped.

We use Royal Mail for our smaller parcels. Goods will be delivered to the address registered and provided by PayPal unless we are emailed by you to request for the delivery to be sent elsewhere. Once the order has been dispatched we cannot change the address.

In the instance of a failed delivery with Royal Mail the parcel will be returned to us. You are responsible for the cost of re delivery for £3. Payment is to be made via Pay pal to email address [email protected]


We aim to dispatch of orders with 24 hours of confirmed paid order if Goods ARE IN STOCK, please allow 5-14 working days for delivery IF OUT OF STOCK. Orders may be marked as dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays but will not be shipped until the Monday.

Both courier’s we use Royal Mail & Interlink Express will endeavor to deliver your order within the timescale stated in your order acknowledgment. However, due to circumstances beyond our (and their) control, such as extreme weather conditions, security checks, unforeseen incidents, miss-route of parcels, delays may occur. If you are working to a set deadline (e.g. holiday departure, a birthday) please allow for extra time to cover any eventualities that may arise.

For-Your-Little-One cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences caused in the unlikely event of a delayed delivery. In these instances our courier will deliver your parcel(s) the next available working day.
If you provide us with any incorrect delivery details which results in the order being delivered to an incorrect address, For-Your-Little-One cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur as a result.

If you have not received your item within 10 days from the date that we dispatched your order please email us via Email to inform us of this. For smaller items delivered by Royal Mail, it is your responsibility to make contact with your local Royal Mail delivery office, as Royal Mail often attempt delivery and fail to leave a calling card. They take the parcel to your nearest Royal Mail delivery office and hold the parcel for you there. If you have not received a calling card from Royal Mail, please ask the delivery office "If they are holding a parcel for your address?”  If your parcel is not at the delivery office, it is Royal Mail's policy that we do need to allow them 15 working days for the item to be delivered before we can escalate the matter further. The 15th working day is the 15th day after your order was marked as dispatched. Working days are Monday-Friday.

For Larger items Orders shipped with Interlink Express will require a signature and can be tracked online.  

Any orders that are reported as not received after 15 working days of dispatch we are not responsible for the loss of parcel/ delivery. 
Privacy & Security
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We will never give your personal details to anyone outside For-Your-Little-One Ltd without your consent. We may send you periodic promotions and information to the email address you have provided on your order and also analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalised offers, and information in helping you choose products that are right for you. You can unsubscribe at any time from these emails.
Returns & Replacements
You have a cooling off period of seven working days to enable you to examine the goods supplied during which time you may cancel the order by email.
To enable us to authorise a return you must notify us within 7 days from the day after receipt of the goods by emailing our customer services.
Any parcel returned to us without authorisation will be refused. It is the customer's responsibility for the return shipping cost and to take reasonable care and ensure the items returned are received by For-Your-Little-One in the original state, unused and undamaged. We cannot accept a return on any personal hygiene items such as muslin squares, cot/ cot bed sheets where the original packaging has been opened/ unsealed. We recommend all returns must be returned by a registered Courier for insurance purposes
You cannot cancel under these terms if you have used the goods. All goods must be inspected as to merchantable quality, and any shortage or damage in transit (goods showing signs of transit damage must be signed 'box damaged') along with any defects reported to For-your-little-one as soon as reasonably possible. Upon our satisfactory inspection of the returned goods we will issue a refund for 80% of the sales value. Once the item has been processed and authorised, your refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used. This is to be completed within 30 days.
Ordering
By placing an order with For-Your-Little-One Ltd you confirm that:-
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You are at least 18 years old.You have provided your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and any other requested information.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments are all through Paypal. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Viewing Orders
You can view your order and the progress of your order by logging into your account. If you didn't sign up and checked out as a Guest, please look at your emails for updates, tracking references etc.
